Last week, several listeners reported buffering problems with Alexander Street Press videos. Our vendor believes the problem has been fixed. Some users have reported they can now view their title with no problem.
If you encounter a problem, please do the following: Press the “Esc” key 3 times rapidly and a diagnostic report will pop up, then click on “Refresh session – OK” and wait for a few seconds for the page to refresh and the video to reload. If the problem continues, please email a screen shot of the diagnostic report to email@example.com so librarians can continue to investigate.

Laptops running Windows 10 and MacBook Pros running the latest iOS do not currently interact with GRCC’s wireless printing driver. IT is working on this issue. Until a “driver fix” is available, send the document (email, download from cloud or flash drive) to a GRCC hard-wired / networked computer and print from there. We will alert you via this blog when the new driver is available. Find a link to the wireless printer drivers on the Library’s website under [Resources].
