Another Successful Exam Cram Event!

By Marcia Lee
Serials Specialist

Over the past weekend, the library held its semi-annual Exam Cram event for students to complete end of the semester finals studying and projects for classes during the extended hours.  Based on our door count statistics the event hosted over 550 students throughout the course of the weekend!  These students utilized the available services, including the quiet study areas, reference, tutoring and free refreshments.  Additionally, several of them also provided helpful feedback regarding the services available during the extended hours, the comments made will be taken into consideration for future events.  Below are a few comments made by students about the event:

“I love it & am thankful for this service!”

“Great job on this event!”

“Excellent event!”

Found needed quiet space to complete few projects.”

A big thanks to Student Alliance & Academic Support for being co-sponsors of the event.  Also, thank you to Facilities & Campus Police for their willingness to work the extended hours – the event would not have been possible without all of your help!
