Librarians are on Spring Break, too, but we’re checking Ask-a-Librarian at least once a day until the Library reopens on Monday, March 12. If you need assistance, send us an Ask-a-Librarian question. We’ll get back to you!
Don’t know where to get started with your literature search? Select a Subject Guide tailored to the academic department where you are taking the course. It lists the databases most likely to be of use, lists of periodicals in the field, and a handy link to Citing Sources.
For more on citing, use the Citing Sources Subject Guide.
Take a look at these 2017 Spring Break Library Hours:
- Sat. Mar. 4 10-2
- Sun. Mar. 5 1-5
- M-F Mar. 6-10 8-5 (Limited Services)
- Sa/Su Mar. 11-12 CLOSED
- Mon. Mar. 13 Re-open at 7:30
One or more of our Reference librarians will answer your Ask-a-Librarian reference questions!
Snow days can be productive study days – as some students discovered this week. GRCC librarians answered questions via our Ask-a-Librarian service. If you can’t make it to the Library & Learning Commons, get your research-related questions answered by phoning a Reference Librarian at 616-234-3868, or, by using the handy Ask-a-Librarian Request Form found on the LLC website. We answer questions when the library is open and classes are in session (and at special times like yesterday when we’re not). If we receive your question after hours, it will be answered first-thing on our next business day.
