Printing Help

student using printer in the library

During the first few weeks of school, it seems that everyone needs to print out a syllabus, first assignment, or class notes. If you are using a personal device and want to print on a GRCC printer, see these Student Printing from a Personal Device instructions.

Select the steps for the operating system your device uses, including: Microsoft Windows; Android; Chrome OS; macOS; or, IOS. Follow the instructions to enable your device. Voila! – you have access to the multifunction printers / copiers / scanners across campus – not just in the Library.

Check out the IT Support Portal for other helpful information technology documents on topics including: email; Google Drive; resetting passwords; Student Virtual Lab using VMWare; and, free Microsoft Office 365 for current students, staff, and faculty.

As always, if you’re in the Library and are stumped with technology, ask for help at the Reference Desk.
