New APA Format Debuts this Spring

APA ManualAt GRCC, the APA (American Psychological Association) Style for citations and paper formatting is typically used by most of the Social Sciences, Business,  Criminal Justice, and all the Health Professions departments.  In October 2019, the APA introduced the 7th edition of the APA Publication Manual, which replaces the 6th edition published in 2009. Changes will roll out into database-formatted citations in Spring 2020.  Use the 6th edition unless told differently by your instructor.  Most departments are waiting until after Winter semester to move to the new edition.  Click here OR here to find out more about upcoming changes.
