West Michigan is home to several Farmers’ Markets, and even more farm-based markets.  My favorite is Fulton Street Farmers’ Market, not just because of the (mostly) locally-sourced produce, dairy, meat, plants and flowers – but because it’s a great place to people-watch while you sip a morning java,
